Aluminium Sales Estimator – Joinery & Fabrication

We’re looking for an experienced Aluminium Sales Estimator to join our growing team. If you understand the joinery or aluminium fabrication game, know how to price a job properly, and enjoy working with builders, architects, and clients, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing accurate, timely quotes for aluminium joinery projects.

  • Reading and interpreting architectural plans and specifications.

  • Liaising with clients, builders, and architects to clarify project details and scope.

  • Collaborating with the factory and project teams to ensure quotes are buildable and aligned with production capacity.

  • Maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

  • Following up on quotes, providing technical advice, and helping close sales.

  • Working with suppliers to confirm pricing and lead times.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in aluminium joinery estimating, sales, or fabrication (must-have).

  • Ability to read and interpret building plans and technical drawings.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple quotes at once.

  • A practical mindset – you know what will actually work on site.

  • Self-motivated, well-organised, and confident working independently.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience using V6 or similar quoting software.

  • Product knowledge of local aluminium systems (e.g. Altus, APL, etc.).

  • A background in production or installation – even better if you’ve been on the tools.
